In addition to being a 500-hour trained yoga teacher with an additional 40 hours of training specific to yoga and osteoporosis, I’ve completed the 20-hour BoneFit training, and I’m also an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach certified through INN (The Institute for Integrative Nutrition).
